What happens in a jewelry factory remains a mystery for most people. But we invite you to take a look at what happens. Using our magical True Love ring as an example - a dream ring for engagement and weddings - we want to reveal a few details. You will understand what makes this jewelry "with heart" and its charisma so special.
Characteristics: the hearts
It is not just the heart at the base of the setting that gives this solitaire ring its special charm, it is also the small heart-shaped prongs that hold the stone and symbolize the message of love. These are created using the finest goldsmith's work: the prongs are placed on the stone and then "shaped". By "carving" by hand (the burin is one of the goldsmith's most important tools), the shape of each heart becomes a small, unique piece. This work alone takes between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the size of the stone.
The work steps overall
First, the ring band is cleaned up, as is the red gold heart, which the goldsmith then fits perfectly into the side. It is lasered all around from the inside and the laser engraving is done. Next steps: set the center stone, pierce the prongs (as described above), set the inner stone (in the CAPOLAVORO heart) and finally polish the ring completely. Then the red gold hearts are covered on both sides (with a magnifying glass and by hand) and the ring is rhodium-plated. The masterpiece is ready! For a ring made of red gold or yellow gold with a white gold heart, the process is reversed: everything around the heart is covered and then the white gold heart is carefully coated with rhodium. Of course, the True Love ring is also available in one color upon customer request.

The bigger the stone, the bigger the setting and the hearts will be! No matter what size: True Love can be perfectly combined with a wedding ring or a second ring because the ring band is completely straight.
